By accessing or using Flynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms apply to all users of Flynk.

2. User Eligibility

Flynk is recommended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have parental consent if under 18.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email and name. Other profile fields — such as location, age, gender, interests, languages, and social media links — are optional. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. User Content

Flynk allows you to share profile content (bios, interests, languages, and social links). You retain ownership of this content, but by using Flynk, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it as needed within the app. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Services

Flynk uses third-party services such as:

• Supabase for authentication, storage, and database.
• FlightAware API for live flight data.
• Push notification providers (e.g., Expo).
• Analytics (current or future).

These services may access your data as needed to provide their functionality. Use of these third-party tools is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flynk for:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
• Impersonation or fraud.
• Posting harmful, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and designs belong to Flynk. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flynk is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of flight data or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flynk constitutes acceptance of any changes.
